Norasyikin Hassan is Senior Nurse Manager at Changi General Hospital with over 25 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and education. Norasyikin has led numerous research projects, published widely on nursing workforce and patient’s experiences.  A recipient of the MOHH Healthcare Humanity Award and SingHealth Nurse Researcher Award in 2025, she is passionate about advancing evidence-based practice with her recent interest in nursing ethics and continuing education for nurses to engage in reflective practices and participate in ethics discourse to enhance patient care and professional accountability. Norasyikin also serves as member in national and CGH clinical ethics committees.
