Mun Yee is the pillar lead driving Transformations@Work initiatives at the SGH Office of Well-being, and a key member behind the Get Rid of Silly Stuff (GROSS) programme. She plays a pivotal role in shaping how GROSS principles are articulated, communicated, and translated into practical, ground-level improvements that matter to staff.

Through her work, Mun Yee supports SGH’s broader institutional well-being mandate by finding innovative ways to bring joy back to work—through process improvement, the revamping of legacy workflows, and effective communications that engage and mobilise the masses. By contributing to initiatives that encourage staff to rethink legacy processes, she guides teams to identify, challenge, and eliminate unnecessary work, creating space for more meaningful and efficient practice.

Passionate about rethinking traditional ways of working, Mun Yee champions a culture of continuous improvement where ideas are encouraged and individuals are supported in building their capabilities. Through her efforts, she enhances both operational effectiveness and staff experience, inspiring others to learn, adapt, and work more meaningfully through GROSS.
