Siew Ching is a Deputy Director, Nursing, currently working in Sengkang General Hospital's (SKH) Nursing Education Development Unit. She has 23 years of nursing education experience, managing undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuous nursing education matters.

With her past experience, as both institution and Cluster Nursing Clinical Education Lead, she has had the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Education Director, Medical & Allied Health Lead and understand the importance of working together towards healthcare excellence. Working with like-minded Educators across Sengkang General Hospital Education Office, she spearheads Interprofessional education activities in SKH to create awareness on the importance of IPE in healthcare education. Over the 3-year span, these activities organised had obtained positive evaluation from interprofessional attendees.
