Zhang Rui Li, RN, BN, AdvDipN, earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Singapore Institute of Management and Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Emergency) from Nanyang Polytechnic. She has more than 20 years of paediatric emergency nursing experience, and is currently in charge of KKH Children’s Emergency department training and nursing competency. She is a reliable nurse clinician who commits to providing excellence in clinical practice and unwavering support to her colleagues.

Rui Li is an excellent team player who is dedicated in leading the team towards excellent patient care delivery. She is able to conduct herself professionally towards fellow colleagues and clients/caregivers.

Rui Li is open-minded and receptive to changes. She has actively enhanced Children’s Emergency nursing educational programme and research framework. In 2023, she was awarded the Nurses’ Merit Award for her consistent and outstanding performance.
