All accepted abstract authors are required to download the Oral Presentation Slides Template and submit their completed slides by 28 Sep 2025.

Kindly note that late submissions will not be accepted.

Please note that your abstract acceptance is contingent upon completing the conference registration by at least 1 author.

Oral Presentation Competition

The top scoring Oral Presentation will automatically qualify for the Competition which will take place during the conference.

Competition Details

  • Judging will occur during the oral presentations on Wednesday, 5th November from 2:30 to 3:30pm.
  • Winners will be notified by phone by 12:00pm on Thursday, 6th November. Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted directly.
  • Award ceremony: Thursday, 6th November at 5:35pm, The NAK Auditorium.

The top three winners will receive the following prizes:

Winner S$250 vouchers + Certificate
1st Runner Up S$150 vouchers + Certificate
2nd Runner Up S$100 vouchers + Certificate
