Devi Kolli is a deep-tech entrepreneur and creative technologist with nearly two decades of experience pioneering the use of AI, spatial computing, and immersive learning across healthcare, education, and the creative industries. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of i3 Simulations, a UK-based leader in intelligent extended-reality (XR) training solutions, now deployed in over 200 hospitals across 20 countries.

Her work sits at the intersection of technology, design, and human performance from building applied-AI systems that improve clinical safety to leading large-scale R&D programmes in education, defence, and workforce transformation. Her ventures in immersive and interactive media led to successful exits and long-term collaborations with partners including Sony, Netflix, Meta, Oxford University Hospitals, SingHealth Academy, Children’s Hospital LA, McGill University Health Centre and many others.

Recognised through multiple national and global innovation awards, Devi continues to advocate for the responsible and human-centred adoption of emerging technologies. She also advises tech startups and non-profits, serving on several boards that focus on digital innovation, education, and sustainable impact.

Her work bridges research, policy, and practice helping organisations reimagine how people learn, practise, and perform in the age of intelligent simulation.
