Malkit Kaur is a distinguished Senior Nurse Manager with over three decades of experience in Singapore's healthcare sector. Beginning her career as an Enrolled Nurse at Singapore General Hospital in 1990, she has progressively advanced through various nursing roles, demonstrating consistent professional growth and leadership capabilities.
Currently serving at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, where she has been since 1997, Ms. Kaur has established herself as a pioneering force in perioperative nursing education and protocol development. Her significant contributions include developing the Nurse-led Discharge protocol for the Women's and Children's recovery room and establishing training programs for intradermal local anaesthesia administration.
