Ms Sharilyn Plunkett has seventeen years of experience in Education. In recent years, she has been involved in various aspects of Healthcare. Ms Plunkett provides support for simulations, workshops and trainings conducted for the medical professionals, nursing, and allied health counterparts. She supports and executes simulation exercises in the simulation laboratory and/or in-situ simulation.Sharilyn is an avid learner who enjoys exploring innovative and creative training solutions to help faculty meet targeted learning needs and objectives. She has a cert in Special Effects Makeup.  Some solutions she creates to enhance the authenticity and realism for simulations include the use of moulage and DIY low-cost task trainers.
