Dr Angela Tan is a paediatric anaesthesiologist at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore, and an active member of the hospital’s Simulation Committee. She has a strong interest in psychological safety and post-crisis support in clinical settings. Dr Tan has completed various faculty development courses in debriefing, including Post-Incident Dialogue with Empathy and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation’s Assisting Individuals in Crisis and Group Crisis Intervention course.

Dr Tan passionate about advancing trauma-informed approaches within simulation-based education.She is currently leading efforts to develop a post–critical incident workflow in her institution to better support healthcare workers after adverse events.
