Ms Adele is an Advanced Practice Nurse at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) with over 12 years of experience caring for oncology patients. A dedicated clinician, she champions the advancement of the nursing profession through developing nurse-led services, improving nursing standards and expanding the scope of nursing practice. As chairperson of the NCCS Nursing Research and Innovation Committee, she cultivates a culture of scholarly inquiry and innovation among nurses. Her leadership has been instrumental in enhancing both patient care experiences and nursing practice standards, leading to improved outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals alike.
