Our Speakers

Anders Skanderup is a principal investigator at the Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS), with adjunct positions at National University of Singapore and National Cancer Center Singapore. His group is interested in computational and data-intensive approaches to decipher the molecular basis of cancer, discover novel biomarkers, and improve treatments. Key contributions to the field include computational and data-intensive methods for identification and characterization of cancer mutations, tumor heterogeneity, and circulating tumor DNA.
