Dr Chow Weien is currently the Chief Data & Digital Officer (CDDO) of Changi General Hospital (CGH) who has a special interest in the development and adoption of digital twin use cases in healthcare. As the Co-Lead of the SingHealth 4D-Disease Outbreak Surveillance System (4D-DOSS), he and his multi-disciplinary team worked together with vendor AxoMem to successfully develop the first digital twin hospital system in Singapore.

 

He will be presenting on the use of 4D-DOSS in infectious disease surveillance and healthcare associated infection risk prediction following its successful implementation at Singapore General Hospital (SGH). He will also share the lessons learnt and challenges faced in the development and implementation of digital twin in a public healthcare institution as well as the plans to scale 4D-DOSS to other healthcare institutions.
