Our Speakers

A/Prof Denny Lie is a fellowship-trained shoulder & sports surgeon. He is the current Program Director of the Singhealth Orthopaedic Residency Program, and is engaged in teaching students from Duke-NUS, YLL and LKC. He is also the Director of CTBioE and REBEL Orthopaedic Biomechanics Labs, and continues to perform and supervise biomechanics projects. He has written a book and several book chapters on shoulder & related surgeries, and published more than a hundred papers. He was the past President of the Singapore, ASEAN Orthopaedic Associations, and the Asian Shoulder & Elbow Association, and is the current Chair of the ISAKOS Shoulder Committee.

 

A/Prof Lie has been involved in collaborative and humanitarian projects since his residency days, and is the Global Health lead for MSK ACP. He has participated in medical missions to Ambon, PNG, Qingdao and is currently involved in projects in Hanoi and Jaffna.
