Diana Goh is the Assistant Director of Nursing at Sengkang General Hospital, where she oversees Nursing Quality, Risk Management, and Innovation. With over 20 years of experience, she has played a pivotal role in advancing patient care through the implementation of impactful digital solutions. She played a key role in the successful implementation of SKH’s Nursing Software Suite and SingHealth Wound Management System, streamlining workflows and enhancing clinical documentation. Diana also led trials of emerging technologies—including wireless vital signs monitoring, radar technology-based sensor on vital signs monitoring, and last-mile autonomous robots in the inpatients—demonstrating her commitment to translating innovation into practical, patient-centred solutions. A graduate of the Singapore Biodesign Faculty Fellowship and holder of a Master of Science in Innovation from Singapore Management University, Diana champions a needs-driven, user-centric approach to healthcare innovation. She supports the SKH Innovation Office in evaluating and operationalising technology-enabled care models. In addition to co-chairing the SingHealth Nursing Research and Innovation Council, Diana actively mentors nurses and project teams in quality improvement and innovation projects. Passionate about reimagining care, she continues to lead efforts that empower nurses and enable future-ready, patient-centred solutions.
