Dr Fenwick is an Adjunct Assoc. Prof at Duke-NUS Medical School and an Adjunct Senior Clinical Research Fellow in the Population Health Research unit at the Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI). She is recognised both nationally and internationally as an expert in patient-centred outcomes assessment, with almost 200 peer-reviewed papers published in her field and multiple invited talks and presentations at national and international conferences. Her PhD work pioneered the development and validation of 11 quality of life computerized adaptive tests for patients with diabetic eye disease, the first of their kind in ophthalmology and diabetes. Her patient-centred outcomes research has resulted in the incorporation of a successful spin-off company (PROMinsight Pte Ltd) which Dr Fenwick leads as CEO. PROMinsight helps researchers, pharma companies and healthcare organisation to optimise their measurement of patient-reported outcome measures in clinical trials and clinical care.
