Ms. Fazila Aloweni is a Senior Nurse Manager leading the Nursing Research & Innovation Unit at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and has an academic appointment with Duke-NUS as Clinical Assistant Professor. With over a decade of experience in research, she has significantly contributed to evidence-based practices in areas such as pressure injury prevention, wound care, and patient safety. Her commitment to advancing research is evident through her extensive publications in peer-reviewed journals and her role in mentoring emerging nurse researchers. Her leadership in integrating research findings into clinical practice has been instrumental in enhancing patient outcomes and promoting a culture of innovation within the nursing profession.
