Dr Gayathri is an Emergency Medicine Senior Consultant with pre-hospital and global health subspecialty. Within the pre-hospital emergency care service, she advocates for psychological safety for the paramedics and during COVID, embarked on an online training program- Cognitive training And Resilience Education (CARE) to build resilience and promote the psychological wellbeing of the paramedics. She has also developed a pre-hospital emergency care systems evaluation tool (PECSET), within which, psychological safety has been included as an essential element.
