Our Speakers

Geoffrey is a healthcare operations leader with broad experience across acute, community and specialty care settings. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) and concurrently oversees SingHealth Food Services. With over two decades of healthcare experience, he leads efforts in operational excellence, digital transformation and integrated service delivery.

 

Trained as a dietitian, Geoffrey began his career in clinical care before moving into healthcare administration. He has held key leadership roles at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH), where he led Organisation Planning & Performance and transitional care operations respectively. As SGH’s Director of Future Health System, he played a pivotal role in developing its digital-first, smart hospital vision, integrating physical and digital care for patients.

 

He is also passionate about developing future healthcare leaders. He serves as the cluster lead for the SingHealth’s Healthcare Management Executive (HME) programme, mentoring young talent and shaping the next generation of healthcare administrators.

 

Geoffrey holds a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney as well as an MBA and Graduate Certificate in Applied Innovation from Singapore Management University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Innovation from Duke-NUS Medical School.
