Mr. Hwang Yi Kun is a Principal Pharmacist who currently leads the Medication Delivery Service (MDS) portfolio in Singapore General Hospital. He is also the Division Lead for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) under Pharmacy Research and Innovation committee. Following his graduation with a pharmacy degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2016, he broadened his expertise by acquiring a Diploma in Information Technology in 2021. Driven by a keen interest in innovation, his pioneering work in implementing Robotic Process Automation across several use cases in MDS has earned him five awards in four years. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to enhancing hospital operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, he was honoured with a Commendation Medal (COVID-19) in 2022, acknowledging his dedication and expertise in driving healthcare excellence.
