COL(DR) James Kwek is the Chief Naval Medical Officer and Command Medical Flotilla, Republic of Singapore Navy. As part of his portfolio, he oversees the development of Underwater Medical policies as well as works with a highly professional team of doctors, nurses, medics, hyperbaric technicians and engineers to deliver close and responsive medical support to underwater combatants. He is also a Visiting Consultant to the Singapore General Hospital Hyperbaric and Diving Medicine Centre as well as the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Changi General Hospital.
