Jason is an Anesthesia Unit (AU) Nurse from the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) Operating Theatre (OT). In the OT, he plays the role of the AU nurse in supporting the anesthetist in delivering safe and quality care to the patients during the perioperative phase. Apart from his duties in the OT, he is also passionate about continuous improvements along with an interest in using innovation to find solutions to improve work efficiency and nursing care delivery to patients. He feels that in the world we live in currently, with the ease of access to technology and information, solutions to problems can come from all sorts of ways as long as you have an idea in your mind. And through that idea, the ability to innovate.
