Our Speakers

John’s research examines the relationships between oral and systemic health, with a focus on applying epidemiological and causal inference methods to address questions in dental public health. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and holds Membership in Specialist Dental Practice (Periodontics) with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. He has received competitive national funding from Singapore’s National Medical Research Council to support work in health services and systems research. He works as a periodontist at the National Dental Centre Singapore and is actively involved in clinical teaching and institutional academic programmes.
