Mr Jonathan is a Assistant Director in the Department of Future Health System at Singapore General Hospital. With 13 years of healthcare administration experience, he has been involved in major healthcare infrastructure projects including the commissioning of an international cancer centre in Shanghai and management of large-scale outpatient operations.

 

In the AI & Automation unit at SGH, his team of project managers steers strategic AI initiatives through various organizational, technical, and governance milestones, orchestrating multiple stakeholders and requirements from initial concept to successful deployment. His current focus is on the integration of Generative AI into clinical and operational workflows. As the program lead for Generative AI, he oversees the implementation and evaluation of enterprise-wide solutions such as Note Buddy, an ambient clinical documentation tool. His work focuses on driving the adoption of Gen AI at SGH and fostering a culture of bottom-up innovation.
