Dr Joy Quah is a consultant at SGH Department of Emergency Medicine. After specialist accreditation, she went on to obtain the European Masters in Disaster Medicine (M.Sc EMDM). From 2022 to 2024, she played a key role in assisting the team from MOH and Singhealth in attaining WHO Emergency Medical Team (EMT) accreditation for Singapore - SGEMT. In 2025, she led the clinical team (SGMET) for their first overseas deployment to Myanmar for earthquake relief.
