Dr. Lim Zong Yi is a Family Physician at SingHealth Polyclinics and Teamlet Lead for Healthier SG at Bedok Polyclinic. He oversees a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care for medically complex patients. As a faculty member in the Family Medicine residency programme, he mentors residents, guiding them in their professional development and training.
