SNM Chongyan is an accomplished critical care nurse with 18 years of extensive experience across intensive care, high dependency units, and general wards. Her expertise spans multiple specialties, including trauma, neurosurgery, and post-PCI care, complemented by her roles in the Medical Emergency Team (since 2014) and Code Blue team (since 2017).

As a department supervisor, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership through various high-impact initiatives. Notable among these were developing an HDU crash course during COVID-19, successfully preparing 58 nurses for emergency deployment. Her commitment to healthcare excellence is evidenced by her involvement in 40 strategic initiatives, including 4 research studies, 20 quality improvement projects, and 16 Kaizen implementations.
