Sabrina Koh is specialized in critical care and medical/surgical nursing; an educator experienced in both academic and clinical nursing education. As an active simulationist, she conducts simulation faculty development program for simulation users and educators in Asia focusing on scenario designs, facilitation, debriefing and technical strategies. Faculty development in nursing education and simulation-based education are her main interests and passion.
 
Her passion and professional focus are on faculty development for healthcare simulation and nursing education in which she devotes her time cultivating and supervising clinical education training emphasising on clinical workflows, patient safety and multi-disciplinary simulation training using TeamSTEPPS as a tool for team communication. Her current work at SKH include clinical education training surrounding clinical workflows, patient safety and multi-disciplinary simulation training. Exposure to develop as an advanced simulation educator include heavy involvements in simulation faculty development program for local and regional simulation users focusing on scenario designs, facilitation and technical strategies.
 
Sabrina currently serves as a site reviewer for Accreditation Committee, SSH. She is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator - Advanced (CHSE-A) and a Fellow with the SSH Academy (FSSH).
