Our Speakers

Ms Tam Fong Cheng is a Nurse Clinician at Changi General Hospital with over 16 years of nursing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University, an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedic) from Nanyang Polytechnic, and recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2024. Starting her career in orthopaedic nursing in 2007, she transitioned to specialise in nursing quality management in 2015. She has developed skills in quality indicators management, data visualisation and quality improvement projects. She actively serves as member on several committees, including the Pressure Injury Taskforce and CGH Falls Safety Committee.
