Dr Tan Hui Li is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) at Singapore General Hospital with extensive experience in critical care and nursing education. As the lead for Code Blue, she has strengthened emergency preparedness and team coordination during critical situations. Her leadership in quality improvement projects within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has resulted in measurable improvements in patient safety and care delivery standards.

A dedicated educator, Dr Tan plays a pivotal role in the SingHealth respiratory care training programme for ICU nurses, ensuring high standards of competency in advanced respiratory care. She has also made substantial contributions to professional development through her involvement in the APN internship programme and faculty development initiatives.
