Ms Woo Pei Yoong is a Nurse Educator at Sengkang General Hospital with over a decade of critical care experience. She is passionate about developing confident ICU nurses who can lead at the bedside and contribute to quality improvement. Her work includes simulation, serious games, and bedside coaching—transforming clinical challenges into meaningful learning. Pei Yoong believes that well-supported nurses are key to delivering safe, high-quality care. She is committed to create psychologically safe learning environments that encourage reflection, growth, and innovation. Her goal is to strengthen the role of nurses as active drivers of patient-centred improvements in the ICU.
