Dr Xuelian is an Advanced Practice Nurse specialized in peri-anesthesia care, with over 13 years of clinical experience as an APN. Her scope of practice encompasses anesthesia clinic, operating theater, acute pain services, and Rapid Response Team. In addition to her peri-anesthesia expertise, Dr Xuelian is also trained in critical care nursing. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2018, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical leadership and healthcare quality improvement.
