Zann serves as Deputy Director at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ), where she plays a key role in driving the institute's patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. She is instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive frameworks that enhance the domain, with a particular focus on building robust capabilities in this domain. Her contributions include co-developing education and capability building programmes for the cluster, where she works together with partners and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Her expertise spans strategic planning, programme development, and the creation of platforms that facilitate the sharing of best practices in patient safety across the SingHealth network.
