Our Speakers

Xinye is a Senior Assistant Manager in the Department of Crisis Planning & Operations at Changi General Hospital. He also volunteers with the Singapore Emergency Medical Team (SGEMT), serving as a Clinical Operations personnel within the clinical team and contributing as a trainer. Most recently, Xinye was deployed to Myanmar as part of the Ops Falconwing mission.
