Staff retention in the healthcare sector, including Allied Health professions, remains a global challenge. Research has shown that workplace culture in healthcare settings is a key factor influencing staff attrition.

This symposium features a series of collaborative studies conducted by Allied Health Professionals from various institutions across Singapore's healthcare clusters. We closely examine different aspects of workplace culture, including empowering Allied Health staff within multidisciplinary teams, addressing burnout, and fostering psychological safety in the workplace. We will conclude the presentation by sharing insights from an innovative project aimed at cultivating positivity in the workplace.

Addressing staff attrition is a significant challenge for healthcare leaders, but this symposium aims to illuminate ways to enhance Allied Health staff satisfaction and promote team resilience, ultimately contributing to the long-term stability of the healthcare workforce.
