SingHealth CRC Team Awards 2023

The SingHealth CRC Team Awards is a new cluster initiative to recognise and celebrate our Clinical Research Coordinators who have provided invaluable contributions to clinical trials and research in SingHealth.

Eligibility Criteria

This award is open to all staff on the SingHealth CRC Career Development Plan (CRC CDP)
Eligible staff are required to form teams to participate in the award. Each team should only have a maximum of 5 team members
All team members must be on the CRC CDP, ≥ 0.5 FTE and must be employed by SingHealth institutions for at least 6 months, must be in-service and not serving resignation notice as at payout month
Teams are to propose and plan initiatives, implement them and gather feedback (refer to guidelines in application form)

Review Process and Awards

Teams will be assessed based on the impact of their implemented initiatives and winning teams will be awarded with the following:

First Place: S$3,000 worth of vouchers
Second Place: S$2,000 worth of vouchers
Third Place: S$1,000 worth of vouchers
Merit Prizes (two teams): S$500 worth of vouchers

Application Process

Part 1: Apply to register your interest to form your teams by 30^th June 2023

Fill in details of your team members in Section 1 of the application form
Submit the form in Word Doc format through your institution's research office. Institutional research office should consolidate the team applications and submit them to CTCC@singhealth.com.sg by 30 June 2023

Part 2: Complete your application by submitting the completed forms by 12^th January 2024

Teams are required to complete Section 2 (limited to 3 pages)
Each completed application should comprise the following (in 1 single PDF document):

1. A Completed Application form (Sections 1 & 2; Section 2 is limited to 3 pages)
2. Personal Data Notice and Consent, duly signed by each team member
3. CV of each team member, to be attached as annex (limited to 3 pages each)

Submit 1 softcopy in PDF format through your institution's research office. Institutional research office should consolidate the completed applications and submit them to: CTCC@singhealth.com.sg by 12 January 2024
Only applications that are deemed as complete will be processed. Incomplete applications will be rejected. No late submission will be entertained after the closing date
