The phase one trial, developed by Singapore based biotechnology company Tycan, will be conducted by the SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit and take about six weeks.

• Had the largest cohort of participants recruited at one session (24 participants)

• 9 overnight stays in total with 7 outpatient visits in between (total 16 consecutive days)

• Phase 0 first-in-human Asian study of radioactive tracer conducted in 12 healthy adult male participants

• Used microdosing approach to study the effect of target radioactive tracer

• With precision and speed, 39 blood samples were collected at an interval of 5 seconds each from time of dose

• Close observation of participants post-procedures with frequent ECGs and vital signs collection
