The PRISM Beacon server provides easy access to high-level genomic information in the SingHealth Exome Consortium (SEC). Beacon servers were developed by the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH) to share human genomic data in a way that minimizes risk to privacy. The server responds either Yes or No to queries in the form of "is variant X present in this server?"
