Projects should aim to demonstrate the utility of precision medicine, where genomic sequencing is coupled to detailed medical phenotyping to discover genetic variants related to disease pathogenesis, clinical outcome, or to achieve a definite molecular diagnosis.
• Studies should emphasize genomic-level sequencing (whole-exome or whole-genome).
• Only proposals where patient samples have already been recruited and where detailed medical and/or outcome information is available will be considered. Trio-designs are encouraged.
