• Systems Innovation: develops technological tools to streamline processes and enhance safety
• Patient Care Improvement: designs operation protocols to improve the consistency of quality care
• Right Siting Emergency Care: ensures that patients receive appropriate care at the right place and time
• Community Engagement: empowers primary care partners to deliver accurate urgent care responses
