Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (FM ACP) was launched on 1 January 2017. FM ACP brings together staff across SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Changi General Hospital (CGH), KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) and SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) to advance Family Medicine as an academic discipline and to establish itself as a thought leader in Singapore.
