Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (FM ACP) was launched on 1 January 2017. FM ACP brings together staff across SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP), Changi General Hospital (CGH), Eastern General Hospital (EGH), KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), and SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) to advance Family Medicine as an academic discipline and to establish itself as a thought leader in Singapore.
