Prof Ng Chirk Jenn
Prof Ng is a Clinical Professor at Duke-NUS, Senior Consultant at SingHealth Polyclinics, and Deputy Director at the SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI). He uses qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods approaches to develop, evaluate and implement healthcare interventions in primary care. He is currently leading the EmPaTHy programme to empower patients and healthcare professionals to transform healthcare using technology.

Dr Kyaw Lwin Show
Dr Kyaw is currently serving as a research fellow at the SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI). A medical doctor trained in public health, he is currently supporting the EmPaTHy Programme in conducting operational and implementation science studies.

Dr Swetha Saravana Kumar
Dr Swetha is a Research Associate at the SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI). Her research interests include digital health, operational research and implementation science. She is currently supporting the EmPaTHy Programme in developing, implementing and evaluating healthcare interventions.

Rachel Peh Wei Chun
Rachel is a Research Associate at the SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) with a background in Life Science and Epidemiology. Along with the EmPaTHy team, she partners and supports family physicians in implementation science research, that seeks to improve people-centred primary care.

Sandra Kua Mei Yu
Sandra is a Research Coordinator at the SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) with a background in Biological Sciences and clinical research. She is currently supporting the EmPaTHy Programme in implementation science studies.
