Prof Ng Chirk Jenn
Prof Ng is a Clinical Professor at Duke-NUS and a Senior Consultant at SingHealth Polyclinics, Singapore. He uses qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods approaches to develop, evaluate and implement healthcare interventions in primary care. He is currently leading the EmPaTHy programme to empower patients and healthcare professionals to transform healthcare using technology.

Dr Kyaw Lwin Show
Dr Kyaw is currently serving as a research fellow in the Department of Research at SingHealth Polyclinics. A medical doctor trained in public health, he is currently supporting the EmPaTHy Programme in conducting operational and implementation science studies.

Swetha Saravana Kumar
Swetha is a Research Associate at the Department of Research, SingHealth Polyclinics. Her research interests include digital health, operational research and implementation science. She is currently supporting the EmPaTHy Programme in conducting evaluation studies.

Rachel Peh Wei Chun
Rachel is a Research Associate at SingHealth Polyclinics Research Department with a background in Life Science and Epidemiology. Along with the EmPaTHy team, she partners and supports family physicians in implementation science research, that seeks to improve people-centred primary care.
