Evaluation of a mobile health physical activity intervention program in overweight and obese women, across preconception, pregnancy and postpartum phases

• To implement a digitalized behavioural intervention promoting physical activity, healthy eating and mental wellbeing from preconception, across maternity until the first 18 months of life

• To assess participants' acceptability and satisfactory levels to the digitalized interventions across the different phases

• To investigate the effects of the interventions on metabolic, mental and clinical outcomes

• Assist in data collection and data analysis

• Assist in implementation and roll out of mobile application
