Q. A.	What is One-Stop Procurement? It is a service platform where the Joint Office of Academic Medicine is able to help ACPs save their time spent on procurement activities and enjoy savings from academic discounts.
Q. A.	Who is eligible for One-Stop Procurement? Only SingHealth Duke‐NUS Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs) can submit purchase requests and procure through Duke-NUS using ACP WBS budget.
Q. A.	What is a Purchase Request Form? Purchase Request Form, also known as PR Form, allows ACP to put up their requests for purchase of goods or services. It is to be completed by ACP and sent to the Joint Office of Academic Medicine (JOAM) for processing.
Q. A.	What is a Purchase Requisition Form? The form is to be submitted for ACP approvals prior to purchase. It is issued by JOAM, where details of a confirmed quotation are included in the form.Thereafter, ACP will submit the completed signed form back to JOAM and JOAM will submit, together with the quotation, to Duke-NUS Procurement System for processing.
Q. A.	What is a Catalogue Requisition Form? Catalogue Requisition Form is similar to Purchase Requisition Form. This is for purchase from NUS catalogue, where NUS has a contract with a vendor.
