Assistant Professor Grace Yang is a Senior Consultant at NCCS and is actively pursuing research. She is currently involved in health services research projects on developing, piloting, evaluating, and implementing models of palliative care delivery. She is the Director of Research at SingHealth Duke-NUS Supportive and Palliative Care Centre, and an Assistant Professor with Lien Centre for Palliative Care, Duke-NUS.
