AMEI Golden Apple Awards

An accolade for educators, the AMEI Golden Apple Awards recognise and honour outstanding educators in SingHealth and Duke-NUS who have demonstrated excellence in teaching. Their passion, dedication and innovation have transformed teaching and helped raise standards of healthcare education.

Generativity Award for Educators

This award recognises educators in SingHealth and Duke-NUS across the various healthcare professions who exemplify the spirit of Generativity by actively giving back to the education landscape through nurturing and mentoring other educators.

Outstanding Educator Award

The award recognises outstanding teaching potentials among educators (Age 40 and above) in SingHealth and Duke-NUS across the various healthcare professions. The educator has demonstrated dedication and commitment to excellence in educating the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Outstanding Young Educator Award

The award recognises outstanding teaching potentials among young educators (Age 39 and below) in SingHealth and Duke-NUS across the various healthcare professions. The educator has demonstrated dedication and commitment to excellence in educating the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Programme Excellence Award

The award uniquely recognises distinctive educational programmes in SingHealth and Duke-NUS Medical School across the various healthcare professions for applying best practices in education philosophies and following a scholarly approach. For the purpose of the award, programme excellence refers to the creation or improvement of a curriculum or pedagogy leading to high quality teaching and learning.
