FAQ

1)  What is the dress code for the conference?

Dress code that conforms to a business environment. Note that uniform is not required. 

2)  Are meals included as part of conference registration?

Yes, the conference provides two tea breaks and lunch for all delegates attending the conference.

 3) Is Wifi available in the conference?

Delegates can tap on Wireless@Sgx.

4) How can delegates submit conference attendance?

Delegates may wish to submit your attendance by scanning the "Attendance" QR code on the badge or the QR code displayed around the venue. Attendance is required to be submitted twice daily, once in the morning (AM) and once in the afternoon (PM), on each day of the event.

5) How can the delegates get their CPE Points?

CPE points are applicable for professions such as Doctor, Dentist, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Pharmacists. After the conference is over, the Secretariat will submit their attendance to the regulatory authority for approval.

Professional reference numbers should have been provided during registration, including registrations submitted via HR departments. However, delegates who are unsure whether their professional reference number was captured may contact the Secretariat to verify or provide their details for submission.

6) Are the sessions being recorded? If yes, will we receive therecordings after the conference?

Subject to the speakers’ consent, conference sessions will be recorded and made available to all registered delegates approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the conference.

Please note that Oral Paper Presentation sessions will not be recorded and therefore will not be available for post-conference viewing.

7) Can delegates get a copy of the speaker's slides? 

Due to copyright restrictions, speakers' presentation slides are generally not shared with delegates. Should a delegate wish to request a copy of a presentation, they may contact the Secretariat. The Secretariat will seek the speaker's consent and advise accordingly. Please note that the decision to share presentation materials rests solely with the speaker.

8) What time can the abstract authors take down their posters?

26 Sep, 4.30pm onwards

9) What if the abstract author is unable to bring back their posters?

Posters that are not removed by the stipulated time will be retained by the Secretariat. Abstract authors may arrange to collect their posters from Academia's Education Facilities Office within one month after the conclusion of the conference.Please note that any posters remaining uncollected after one month will be disposed of.Authors requiring assistance may contact the Secretariat by emailing Wei Sien or Basyira for support.
