Dr Amit Gupta is a distinguished physician leader and global advocate specializing in diabetes and metabolic health, with a primary focus on prevention, implementation science, and strengthening health systems. His leadership roles include serving as Executive Director of the Global Metabolic Health Alliance, Chair of the International Diabetes Federation School of Diabetes, and Chair of the Education Committee. He also holds the position of Secretary on the global advisory board of American Diabetes Association.
