Ms Ang is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) at SingHealth Polyclinic, Tampines, where she plays a key role in the team‑based management of patients with chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, and asthma.

An experienced clinician and educator, Ms Ang has led the Falls Training Programme for nurses and spearheaded the establishment of the Falls Clinic. She has also developed comprehensive training materials and regularly conducts in‑house educational programmes on chronic disease management, asthma care, and diabetes care. In addition, she contributes to nursing competency development through skills‑based training, such as lung auscultation.

As an APN Lead, Ms Ang provides strategic oversight and makes significant contributions to the APN internship programme and faculty development initiatives. She co‑chairs the SingHealth APN Faculty Development Workgroup and serves as a Non‑Physician Faculty Member for the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme.

Ms Ang is also actively involved in research and clinical improvement projects, reflecting her commitment to advancing evidence‑based practice and improving patient outcomes.
