Prof Anuja is an ENT Surgeon by profession and an Interprofessional Simulationist by passion. A Gold Medallist in DNB (ENT), she holds the distinguished credentials of MNAMS, MFILIPE (MAHE FAIMER), RFACE CMCL, FAIMER, and CHSE (USA). She currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of ENT, and takes on several leadership roles within her institution, including Assistant Registrar for Academics, Member of the Curriculum Committee, Head of the Bioethics Unit, and in-charge of the Clinical Skills Lab. She is actively involved in curriculum design, planning, and leading simulation-based education, with a strong advocacy for Simulation-enhanced Interprofessional Education (Sim-enhanced IPE).
